St. Regis Catholic Parish in Bloomfield Hills is now accepting registration for the 2020-2021 Faith Formation classes for grades 1-8. 

The classes are for children who are preparing to receive their First Holy Communion or Confirmation. 

Monday evening formation classes take place from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and include activities to help students grow in their faith. Group prayer, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Mass are also carried out through the year. 

Classes and children’s Mass are being held online via LiveStream on YouTube.

Online Faith Formation classes are available for children and their families in lieu of weekly classes. In this format, students complete their lessons at home in an online capacity and then children and families participate in the intergenerational meetings held on the second Wednesday of every month from 6-8 p.m.

The online faith formation option is ideal for families in which the parents are willing and able to serve as the primary faith educator for the children. Family sessions also include plenty of time for families to get to know one another through a meal, discussion, prayer and liturgy.
